About me and this website

My name is Viktor Bozhinov. I am a research assistant at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz. I work at the Chair of Applied Statistics and Econometrics. My dissertation is about the introduction of the gender quota on German supervisory boards. Hence, the main topics discussed on this blog are about gender diversity, my research on German supervisory boards and the introduction of the gender quota, literature critique and personal opinions on the topic. Moreover, I am interested in sports and also in sports economics. So, don’t wonder if you find also posts on these topics.

My dissertation is funded by a scholarship from the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
